It is understandable to be a bit nervous about taking the first step toward answering these questions. But once you begin to “peel away the layers” and to explore what may be holding you back from pursuing your goals, or what you want to do next with your life, or even to discover if you are on the right life path, you will begin a forward-moving process that will bring you into the next phase of your journey.

Remember - it is common to feel overwhelmed (and a bit nervous) when moving in a new direction. But if you can visualize yourself reaching your destination, it can be an image that gives you the momentum to persevere during the most difficult times.

As your Personal Development Life Coach, my role is to listen to you and to ask you provocative questions that cause you to think. My job as your Life Coach is to assist you in setting realistic goals, help you to strategize, and to develop an action plan and next steps designed to move you toward your goal, whether it be to undertake a creative project, discover “what’s next” in your life journey, or perhaps to organize your life in order to find time for yourself. I understand that our coaching contract is an agreement between partners who want to co-create a mutually-beneficial relationship.
